American Freight Delivery did not come when promised Roseville, Minnesota

I went into this store, found a bed frame I liked and had no problem with the sales guy. They promise same-day delivery in the store, but because it was right before Christmas, I decided to wait to have it delivered until the 26th when I had the day off from work. I was told that wasn't a problem, it would be at my house between noon and 4pm. 4pm came and went, so I called the store asking them what happened. They said that because the sales guy neglected to put a TIME on my invoice, they couldn't do anything. They said they *MIGHT* be able to get it to me that night between 5 and 9, but after waiting all afternoon for them, I wanted to know if it would be first on the list to drop off (I live less than 5 miles from the store and was NOT requesting for them to assemble the frame). They said they'd need to call the driver, as he was in another town approximately 20 minutes away. After 20 minutes, I hadn't heard from them, and decided to call back. They told me they couldn't get a hold of the guy, so I asked how they planned to start their 5pm deliveries on time, as it was now 4:30. They didn't have an answer, other than to tell me they could deliver the next day from noon to 4 - this is after repeatedly telling them that I had to work and was not going to take a half day off to fix something that was done due to their own error. They wouldn't resolve it, so I wound up driving back to the store to have the whole thing cancelled. Really, really bad customer service once it comes to delivering their product. If you have a way to haul the stuff to your house on your own, do it, because chances are pretty good they'll "forget" to enter the right time and they will not be willing to help, despite promising same-day delivery. I will not be recommending this store to anyone I know.
