American Law Division Said they had a claim on me Folsom, California

A man called me and said his name was James Anderson and he was an officer and that a company had a claim on me and I asked him what the company name was and he keep telling me that he was an officer and that a officer was coming to my house and arrest me. So I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and to go ahead and send the officer. He had been calling my boss and been harssing her and she told them that she was going to file an claim on them and all they keep telling her was they would she her in court. The last call I got was 3 weeks ago and I told him I was filing harmess claim on him. And the called stopped until November 30. I got another call and they have left the same message again that they had a claim on me. He has left 3 message and today(12-1) is the last message. Today (12-1) they are calling my friend now telling her they need to get in touch with me. I told her not to take anymore calls from them.

I check my bank everyday and so far nothing has been done to my account. But I'm getting sick and tired of these calls and they need to stop.
