American Payday Loan Monetary Crime Division Legal Associates Claiming I got a payday loan and the cops are on the way to arrest me if I don't comply

I got a call from a Michelle Cruz who claims to work for Monetary Crime Division and Legal Associates. Stating that I was default on a payday Loan with American Payday Loan. Both of which places are in California and I am stationed in Texas. I am in the military and it is against the law for us to get a payday loan so I know this is a scam. I checked my bank account records for the past year and there has never been a deposit from either of these two companies into my account. I have received 3 addition calls while I was typing this telling me that there will be a police officer at my work and home the following day to arrest me.

I just received a call from a Peter Watson from the same place claiming the same thing!! The caller ID was UNKNOWN and I was immediately suspicious when I could hear a bunch of people in the background like in a customer service center, all with Indian accents. He was very forceful and aggressive with his intimidation tactics and he knew all my personal information. Watch out for these guys!!
