| This is so sad. I just got off a webinar of sorts but didn't fall for it. Why should I pay to work for you and if it's so good, why not have one of the people hire me since there are so many openings. |

It's interesting that it all sounds great until you read the boiler plate. There is a monthly fee to fill their positions on a 50/50 split. If they have so many positions that they cannot fill why the fee to have people work for them? I sent an e-mail with several questions and left 2 voice mails with the same questions. If they are an upstanding company they would have answered right away.
It is also seems very suspect that they say they only have a few recruiter openings, then say you can sign up anytime. If I'm going to PAY someone for a job the split will need to cover all my expenses as well and 50/50 doesn't cut it. Factor in the cost of running an office out of your home is conservatively 15% of your income (phone, internet, power, printing cost, and maintenance.) Then there is the cost of being an contracted employee with paying your own taxes about 38%, disability, FICA and unemployment. All this on top of a monthly fee of working for this company. It just doesn't add up. There just seems to be something shady with this and I'm not confident handing over money to people who don't return calls or emails within a reasonable amount of time. |

| It also says in the bottom portion that the person that sent the email gets paid for any links that are clicked on the email. Very sketchy, just got the exact email. |

I also rec'd that e-mail and when you try to click on the links it come back "not found"

| I noticed that they had started with that they had came across my resume on the internet. Well if they did that then why didn't they know my name? Sketch.. So I used the power of the internet only to find to keep staying aware and always do your research! |

I too received this poorly written ARAstaffing offer via E-Mail & am glad I was able to double check my gut feeling.

| Wow I was all set for this job. I'm a disabled mom and grandma and having a hard time living off disability. I was so looking to get back into the job market. I want so much to help my children and grandchildren. I thought this was the way, since they claim to start at $45, 000. I mean I could buy gifts for the Holidays. Now after reading this thats all gone. Thanks for helping me not make a bigger fool of myself. |
