I had a gold project in 1989 in the name of A G Marketing Company Limited with a black American by name Antonio Croom two of us were the only shareholders with 50% shares each,Antonio was not having money to invest and decided to register a company in the State of Maryland by name AG Marketing Inc to look for investors to support the prospecting and mining activities of AG Marketing Co. Ltd in Ghana.Along the line there was an unresolved matter between Antonio Croom and myself with lawyers representing both parties ,in the end Antonio croom was asked to compensate me for unlawful actions against me (there are supporting documents available upon request). Antonio Could not compensate me and fullfil his part of the gold project investment and therefore had AG Marketing Inc Maryland desolved. FRAUDULENT ACTS- Some group of people had a company registered in the state of Tennesse in the name of AG Marketing Inc in 1992 and later in 1994 change its name to Vista Mining Corporation and had the support of AMI Resources Inc in Canada to mascarade A G Marketing Inc which was disolved in Maryland in 1990 . The joint fraudsters were able to deceive the authorities of Minerals Commission and the Ministry of mines in Ghana to believe that it was the same AG Marketing Inc which was registered in Maryland and were able to have the license renewed and had some documents change in the name of AG Marketing Inc Tennessee . An allegation was made against their actions and Minerals Commission and Editor of local news paper have requested them in writing to respond to my allegation ,AMI and Vista had refused or failed to respond . Locally these two companies, AMI and Vista fail to appear to any investigative body but rather hire people to get them out purported to have bribed their way out .Some shares of ths project has been sold to Newmont Mining at the time of writing this report. Civil suit is still pending but since crime has no time bound I am by this report appealing to you to bring AMI and Vista to book. Documents are available to throw more light on this matter.
