You can email them at [email protected] and ask them to shut him down.

Also send message to Kijiji, CraigsList, interact and CIBC to report his activities. and e-mail addresses (blacklist).

be careful.

he was going to do some work for me.

he wanted 50% paid up front, which is normal for this line of business, but when I asked for information about him, he didn't want to give it.

And then I googled his email and found the reports. Asked him about it, still willing to hire him, but without paying at front, he turned it on me, told me he wasn't going to work without getting paid and risk getting scammed, and refused to touch on the reputation he has online.

Given the reputation he has you would think he would understand people being hesitant. But he wants your money first and doesn't give you any guarantee he will do the work.
