Convicted felon Ronald Moore and Andrew Weiss show no remorce for lying under oath in Orange County Superior Court in California. The California State Bar known nationaly for not having the
backbone to revoke it's members right to practice law will be a laughing stock world wide if they do yank pull Andy ( the wezell ) Weiss's after his conduct in his courtroom antics while representing his best friend and convicted felon Ronald Leon Moore a convicted armed robber. Mr. Weiss who call himself an officer of the court has even conspired with Moore, Cohen and Berstein to extort wittnesses testimony. The opposing attorney said," I HAVE PRACTICED LAW FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER CALLED AN ATTORNEY A LAIR...BUT, WITH MR. aNDREW WEISS I HAVE TO."
Attorney Weiss makes a habit of calling wittnesses and threatening them. The calls parties for the plaintiff after they tell them not to call they are represented by an attorney. He then creates his declairation for the court and states coments he says were made by wittnesses and they are flat out lies. Mr. weiss said the CEO for Aero Logistics, inc. was not the CEO because his partner in the criminal conspiricy Jack D. Berstein ( who uses 20 other names ) said he had flipped Mr. Persaud thru extortion. Phone records show Berstein and another convicted felon partner of his Henry Mcflicker made numerious calls to Joe Persaud during his deposition and it started to work. Mr. Weiss continued to call Mr. Persaud on many ocasions and threaten him. Mr. Weiss seems he is on of gods chosen people and the laws of the United States do not apply to him. It will be interesting
to see how the judges in Orange County Superion Court feel about that. After all his buddy Jon S. Cohen did get the Judge Grey to give him one of the most bogus decisions in U.S. history. But then Judge grey was selling legalize drug books at the time and running for president. I guess there was nothing wrong with Cohen's father the bankrupt Dr. Gerry Cohen from buying all those books and giving money to Judge Gtey's presidential campaign. What is the California State Bar for anyway?
