| on april 4th, 2011 my neighbour provided me with a reference for Andy Cluett who was hired off Kijiji for plumbing work in my house. the contract was for $3,000 and I gave him $1,000 as a deposit. i never saw him again i did receive e-mails from him as per appointments and he would never show up. He was originally from cornwall,ontario and the Cornwall Police are also looking for him. contrary to what he tells you,he does not own ace plumbing in cornwall nor discount plumbing. |

| He is a scam artist. He scammed me $17, 000. I took him to small claims court but he left town (Cornwall) in a hurry as he has scammed others as well. There is an Affidavit of Enforcement out for him in both Ottawa & Gatineau. Beware, he is a sweet-talker and very manipulative!!! |

| He totally did that to me too! He did our floors, never provided me with receipts and was very unprofessional. Very bad temper and after "doing my floors" there were several problems which he wouldn't address. My entire floor needed to be redone. I want in on the claim on him! |

| Andy Cluett passed away oct.03/11.This scam report is false as these monies were repaid in full (receipt on file)Andy Cluett was not a scam artist, rather a good and kind person suffering from a deadly illness called gambling.To those of you who posted your comments please remove them.It is wrong to post only your side of the story without due process.or post your e-mail so that u may be contacted and provide contract in details.posting information without due process could be illegal (in process of searching this data) especially on someone who is dead and not able to defend themselves.It, s called defamation of character. |

| I was ripped off by him, I am sorry he passed away but he charged me $800 and never did the job he was paid for... resulting in me having to pay someone else to come and re-do the floors. |

| My email is already here Nancyabc, and there is not a receipt on file for the $17, 000 he owes me as I did take him to court and win, but never was able to collect a cent from him as he fled to another city, again and again to avoid paying me back. I'm also sorry that he passed away, but he stole my life savings and whatever his problems were, that was very wrong of him. I would be more than happy to email you the court documents if you would like to post your email. |
