It looks like billy2323 is going out random tagging people around the world who he never met or done business as a scammer.

That is very lame, indeed.

What is the point here? Asking ransom money? Refusing to do business with complete and unverified strangers ?

Probably scorned after being refused my attention, on solicitations of him, that's more likely.

1.I do not do business with strangers accross the world that cannot bear to come to my home market.
2.No personal identification, no replies. Mine is out there to be seen. If one cannot provide contact information as to who he/ she is, then I will not reply.
3.Very lame, making blank accusation without proof of wrongdoing. Come out cliean, billy2323
4.Real Estate is not a product sold sight unseen. One has to visit the property, solicit title documentation.
