I contacted he owner Anthony Jones 5 times. I did not renew my membership and spoke with the owner Anthony Jones back in november of 2010. At that time i explained that i had fulfilled my contract and the owner Anthony Jones assured me that the membership and automated payment was cancelled. Last month i spoke to the owner Anthony Jones again because a payment was taken out of my account and he was confirming that the auto payment was cancelled again. I was suppose to receive a call back regarding my refund and of course i did not receive a return call. Another payment was taken today 3/9/11 and now i am filing a formal complaint. I am expecting a full refund for the past two payments taken in error. That payment needs to be returned to me in a form of a check by cob tomorrow, march 10th. I will pick it up at the sicklerville location and will also pick up something in writing stating that this was taken care of. This is the most unprofessional establishment that i have encountered in a very long time. I would expect an apology and follow-up call tomorrow Please have my refund ready because i do not want to continue to deal with an establishment that handles their clients in this manner. Like a bunch of monkeys running around with there head cut off!
