| ANYTIME FITNESS LAS VEGAS ALMOST GOT MY MONEY AND MADE THREATS AGAINST MY FAMILY LAS VEGAS, Nevada |

There was no cash scam but it could have been. But I wanted to warn you against this one franchise. The other people that own the same franchise in Vegas were very up front and nice to talk to. Owner of Anytime Fitness I will be filing a complaint with the local BBB about your sale rep calling me and verbally telling me off that I was a liar and other
things that I do not want in print. He was accurate that my friend did not own your building .
I thought you were across the street from the new Wal-Mart center on Rainbow . That was my mistake about what center you are located in. He was correct about that. My complaint was that he would not give out your costs over the phone to my wife. I found that very unusual. I
called him back and he said that was the owners choice and not his. He then got very nasty when I asked for a reason. Two other Anytime Fitness centers were glad to give out fees over the phone and we thought the price was fair but we would prefer to use your store because it was closer. There are 5 of us that wanted to join. When he started insulating me I said I was going to talk to the owner about your lease and then said good by and hung up. About 5 minutes later he called yelling that the owner of your company explained that the owner of the center said she never heard my name before. He was right that she may
not know me and I had mistaken your location. He then started yelling and being very abusevive to me. That was a bad idea.
Also how would he know my name? I was not calling from. my own home .Real idiot. I own a company that designs and sells 7 different type of retail centers. We have been thinking about doing the same type
of franchise like yours . We will be gearing them for smaller towns. We currently advertise on about every franchise site that exists. I have been looking for a place too build our 1st site to show customer that fly in to meet us. We will offering fees of $10 dollars a month to show off what we can do for our clients. That is a lot cheaper than your fees. I decided to build the demo site in one of the centers near you. I am doing this to show prospect clients a great busy site. Just to show future business owners. If your rep had not called back to my son's house and start telling me off I would have opened in the new Wal-Mart
center. Enjoy the competition. You should be a little more careful how you talk to a prospect and never be stupid enough to call the client back and start degrading him. I will file a complaint to the BBB. I will also be filing or may have done so by
the time you read this a complaint with federal authority's. Some people have the power, I DO. Threatening me is against Federal Law. How can we settle this, use your imagination.
