This company is a scam. They took money out of my checking account with a "money back guarantee" but did not deliver on their promise. They gave me mulitiple incorrect phone numbers to resolve the situation leading me on a wild goose chace. Those that I was in contact with were either rude or unhelpful or simply hung up on me. I changed my bank account numbers and now the company says they need both my new numbers and my social security number in order to advance my mortgage reassessment. Obviously, I will not be giving them any new information. They are smooth talkers, don't let them fool you too.

I became one of Apex Members' and it really helped my family and I afford our house. We were in a "toxic loan" that was sinking our family into debt every month. Apex is NOT a scam and if they helped me, they could have helped you too. There is no money back guarantee in there contract so it's a little scary when you sign up, but the customer service level was exemplary to say the least. It's tough to admit that you need help sometimes, but my God are we glad we did it!
