3rd time using this company, 2nd time in this office. These people are total liars. They NEVER return your calls or emails, even though they say AND put in writing, that you should specifically contact them via email or by phone after 4:30pm. They lie about the practice tests, they lie about jobs, they lie about communication, and they lie about the openings. Now they also charge you $10 to obtain a copy of your typing test, because they say it costs money to use their letterhead. This is the third person I have used there, the others are gone, big shock. I was more professionally dressed than anyone in the office. Nicole was rude and condescending and as I stated, has not responded to my emails or calls even once. I have all her instructions in writing and have performed every request. She has not fulfilled even one of her commitments. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY in any state!!!

This guy must of had a bad day (loser). I have been to this agency on serveral occasions.
They all were very polite & professional. Nicole always was encouraging with her big smile assuring me & making me feel confident about myself. Since they do not charge for their services & paying $10 for typing test was not a problem. I got my first real job via AppleOne. I recommended all my friends & family to go see Nicole Lal @ AppleOne in Pleasanton.
