To Whom It May Concern: The first refrigerator (From Appliance Liquidators) in the condo worked for two weeks and stopped working. They sent an exchange, which as they were installing the door came off. So I sat for a couple of weeks without a fridge. They then gave me a loaner until they could get me the correct one (which I had to pay a $50.00 delivery fee for?) They then sent what was to be the correct one which lasted 3 days and stopped working. Ive talked with the owner who says she has sent me a check for the $341.00 she paid for the fridge. So I called the store and told them to pick up the fridge anytime they wanted because the buyer was going to come get a refund, they said fine but there would be a transport fee. The store is Appliance Liquidators a subsidiary of Appliance Direct They only deal in refurbished appliances which they dont seem to refurbish very well. I called service office of Appliance Direct and was told the only way to get in touch with the main office was on line. I wrote them Friday morning and have not received a reply. This whole thing is making me feel sick and frustrated. I havent had a refrigerator since two week after I moved in on May 27 and have spoiled a lot of food. I have a cooler but have to buy ice every day at $2.00 a bag, thats $60 dollars a month. This is nuts, Im at a loss; I dont know what to do next? Please Help!!! Respectfully Thomas J. McBreen
