These idiots terminated by e-mail account for non-payment even though I was on auto-pay. They were sending me notices that there was a problem to an e-mail address that does not exist, so I was totally unaware that there was a problem until they shut down my e-mail account. Yes, you heard that right! They did not send me notices to my e-mail address, which I am paying them for! It's not like they "did not have my e-mail address!". WTF! Freak'n Losers! As a result of their incompetency I lost all of my e-mails, , history, my entire address book, etc. Everything! Then they had the "balls" to ask me for a $50 fee to reinstall my data from their backup server. Give them a call sometime. They are huddled up in a little room somewhere in India and you can actually hear rotary phones (yes, "rotary phones) ringing in the background. This makes understanding their poor English all the more difficult! They have a customer review option on their website but they will remove your review if they do not like it! They have removed this review by me 3 times and I just keep re-posting it! Good luck with these guys . . . . . .
