I verbally contracted Armand Garneaux aka Armand Jarneaux to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. He gave me reasonable estimates. He initially seemed like a good person to work with. We wen't over the estimates, and selected the bathroom items we wanted to use. He was agreeable on everything we wnated and even made suggestions. He asked for monies for the supplies and materials. After receiving a check for $3,000.00.
I have not seen or heard from Armand. And of course he has not done the remodeling he committed to do. Just like his motto on his website. "There when you need an Honest Professional". He will take your money and leave you with a "tear out" for a masterbath.

I've had a similar experience with Armand. Would you be willing to talk sometime about pursuing action? He appears to have done this multiple times, and will continue doing it until someone puts a stop to it.

Same here Armand cost us over 12, 000 in repairs then he declared bankruptcy. He is a scam artest at best. Do not use this person as he cannot be trusted.
