On October 25th 2010 i purchased both the tax lien package at a cost of
$795 using my credit card (their transaction # 3036) and i also
purchased the three day weekend seminar at a cost of $1497 (their
transaction # 3027) and it was a complete scamfor starters they
never sent me the email address to go on to obtain tax lien leads nor a
password calls to the company went unanswered ( i called the company on
many dates including nov.
11th nov 12th nov 23rd left numerous voice messages that were never
returned).. as far as the three day weekend they DO NOT teach at all
about flipping houses it is just a tactic to try to get you to buy the
bus tour package at 49K i was greatly disappointed that their secret to
no money down was relying on credit and monies from friends and family
along
with shady tactics such as telling you to post on craigslist a picture
of any house and pretend that you are selling it so that you can collect
a list of buyers and try to sell them a house that you will search for
after hearing their criteria ...
