Penny auction, arrowoutlet.com is a scam!! Do not use this penny auction on line internet site. The auction is set up to in a manner in which the bidder does NOT know when the auction will end. The bidder is tempted to keep buying bids, hoping the other bidders will run out of bids..THEY Never run out of bids. I calculated if each time they bid, they paid .50 cents a bid, then they would be paying more for the prize than it's worth. For example, I watched a winning bidder(bot) placing 60 bids at .50 cents a bid for a $25.00 gift card that would cost the bidder $30.00. !! To make matters worse, I went into the site to investigate it further, and to erase my account information, and by default, it charged me $49.95 again! The phone number, which is on my credit card bill is also a scam: #310-896-5556 . Call it for yourself: arrow outlet's phone message says they will not respond to any messages left at their number (then why have a phone number) and for all inquiries go to www.arrowoutlet.com/contact. But, be careful on this contact site. When I went to this contact site, by default they made another charge to my credit card. I have been forced to cancel my credit card so they will not make more fraudulent charges to my card.

Hi. I would like to receive a refund because i had no idea that there was initial fee for receiving bids. As soon as I did find out i attempted to delete account, however the money was already debited. Also no where on the homepage did I select a agree to terms box. Please respond to my request immediately, thank you.
