AskMarsVenus.com John Gray Scam: don't be fooled by John Gray's name Internet

I ordered an e-mail report for 24.95 dollars, which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. It has been days, not only I got no reply, I cannot reach to anyone to talk about it! They have a customer line number on the web site, but when I say I did not get the product, I want a refund, they say "we do not deal with those (?), send an e-mail from the web site." Which I did...days ago...still no reply. I was fooled by John Gray's name, I read his books. Either they are using his name without his permission or anyone can be a scammer these days! I cannot get my money back and I am so annoyed that they get away with this. Now I realize, they do not even have an address, they can disappear with a "puff" any moment. Would you even trust the advice you got from that kind of thieves?
