asknow.com gave me broken useless information and cleaned my account out. no state, Internet

I went to this site to get services, which I mean I was having trouble in a few areas and I didn't get any of the help I truly needed, all I got was broken useless info, They charged me over $400.00 and wouldn't at least try to help me get the answers I needed, or even give a refund, they claimed it was for enetertainment purposes, I told them I thought I was getting services for the needs I have, they wouldn't budge for nothing, so I feel like I got ripped off and I wouldn't reffer any one to this stupid site, they charge any where from $4.99 a minute, to $6.99 a minute, if thats entertainmnet then thats some expensive entertainment, well the money gone now and I wish I could sue this guys and teach them a leason about taking peoples money from them, I hope that this helps some one in not trusting the hot line style psychic sites, there are some real ones out there, they are the ones with a few of them on a one site where they have a home number you can reach them at, and they use there first and last name, beware of the ones with the least amount of info to contact or locate them with.
