This company is unethical to say the least. My wife and I signed up, unfortunately without checking the Better Business Bureau,or internet first. We were moving and had to cancel our membership, I met with the manager and explained our situation. He said that we could cancel but we would have to pay the $31 for the December payment because we didn't give a 30 day notice. That was reasonable. When I got my bank statement for December it showed they had taken out $62.00. I called and spoke with Steve(?) who said that the additional money was for the annual fee, WHICH JUST HAPPENED TO FALL IN DEC. I explained that we had cancelled and he basically said too bad it was suppose to come out in December. I wouldn't have been so mad (after all it's only $31) if when I met with the manager he had explained that, however he didn't. He said it would be only the $31. I went to the bank the next day and made sure they couldn't tap my account further. To say that these people are unethical and crooks would be an insult to all crooks. Let the buyer beware when dealing with these people. If you are a current member before you cancel go to you bank and stop the auto withdrawls before cancelling. If you don't they'll get you. If I could shut them down and prevent anyone else getting shafted I certainly would.
