Warning to anyone in the Knoxville, TN area considering using this company. Make sure they provide copies with all fields COMPLETED. The Salesman from Aspen didn't leave a copy of our service contract or the estimate providing firm figures for the replacement of my roof. If he had, I would have seen that his estimate was over $3000 (25%) higher than my other three bids. He also neglected to leave a copy of the contract my wife signed, which turned out to have no firm figures provided - just "per insurance" in the cost spaces. That means they'll take all your insurance settlement money, when there might be other contractors that will do the work for less. This document also spelled out the law allowing a consumers to cancel the contract within three business days after signing. Had we been left copies of these signed documents we would have realized the excessive costs and canceled the contract. Quality of work was average, and slow. It took three days to do what was verbally promised to be a one day job. They had to come back twice to make adjustments to gutters and shingles around them. We will NEVER use ASPEN ROOFING again, and advising friends, neighbors and family against doing business with this company. Too many good, truly local companies available that do better work for les money.
