We have entered in to a business relationship with Assurance REO, Mike Huffman and David Huffman, late October 2010. We have performed work on nearly 100 propertiesbetween Richmond, VA all the way to Baltimore, MD, including rekey, winterization, sales clean, etc. . We have kept hard copies of each work order with written comments.

After weeks of futile attempts at collecting payment from , Mr. Huffman stopped communicating all together.We have acted in good faith with Huffman, done the work, and not been paid.

We have found out that Assurance REO has engaged in a pattern of fraudulent behavior across statelines, in which they enter contracts with vendors, accept delivery of services and then refuse to pay.

Unfortunetely we have come across other vendors who have been adversely affected by Assurance REO's predatory business behavior. Check our NACHI.com.

I was scammed in October by Mike Huffman of Assurance REO also for work performed in Knoxville, TN. I have received a small portion of what they owe me but it has not even covered my expenses.
