It has been over year, I applied for a loan and was denied do to a collections notice on file, I contacted the company as to bill and not being notified of such and that the cell phone company was notified of bankruptcy and and account was closed and they sent the bill to collections after the fact.the collection company lady was rude and nasty, and said i had to prove it, i sent them in writing request for information and the proof they had, it has been over three months with no contact no billing nothing, according to at&t my balance was zero acct was closed.

i feel it is unfair rude that they send bill that is zero closed to a collections company after complaining of fraud useage and sending closed acct so called bill for collections after months after they were notified of bankruptcy and they never issued request to court as required to do in oregon. so i feel this company refusing to send me info to dispute claim and go unanswered for 90 days is a ripoff they trying to collect money on a closed acct.
