The CSR will be very polite and tell you jokes and become friendly with you. Will record your consent to buy the ticket and put you on hold. When coming back he will tell you that the airline charges a hidden fee (security) and how much he hates when they do that...

Try to call them back and the CSR is not there anymore, and never answers his ext. No manager on duty either.

They charged me $500 more than what they quoted without my permission!!
