I have been trying to make my car payments for 2 weeks now. I have called all available phone numbers and they have all been disconnected. I drove to the car lot on many occasions and the gates have been locked. This last time I drove to the lot, there was a power disconnection notice on the gate. I have no idea what is going on. A friend that works with a repossession company told me the car lot had been closed down for some reason and all the cars would be repossessed. I still owe money on my car but I am not behind on any payments and I can't find anybody to tell me what to do to ensure my car will not be on that repossession list. I have also called the Better Business Bureau and they have rated the company with an "F". They told me at the car lot not to bring money orders and they wanted payments in cash. I have ALL paperwork from the day I first stepped onto the lot until my last payment when after that they locked the gates. I just got off the phone with a judge and he couldn't help very much until he knows what is going on also. I will not give my car up unless I have a sheriff deputy and a court order tell me to do so. What is going on with this company?
