January 14, 2011 we performed our normal bid preparation service which includes a quantity survey of all materials, labor, and equipment required for the project, a detailed estimate including man hours, and proposal ready made for his client for the concrete and masonry construction for the TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER, located in FORT GORDON, GEORGIA. This project was paid for, giving the client the benefit of the doubt and acting in good faith the next three projects performed, were never paid for and to this day never paid. The projects that were performed but never paid are as followed. No: 11-0124 Date: 01/24/2011 Amount: $280.00
Description: SOG Military Working Dog Kennel No: 11-0119 Date: 01/20/2011 Amount: $280.00
Description: Maxwell AFB ADAL Air University Library MATOC No: 11-0118 Date: 01/18/2011 Amount: $350.00
Description: Fort Rucker Training & Support Center Total Amount Due: $910.00 I have been ripped off by Rafael Ogando, President of Atlanta's Cascade Concrete Pumping and Foundations, Inc.
