Please contact JP M if you want to request a duplicate copy of the formal complaint that was filed with the Florida Division of Licensing and the Florida Division of Insurance Fraud. According to Pedro Penaranda, owner of Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., American Ranger Protective Group, Inc., is the "security agency" that was awarded the security contract to Skyline at Brickell located at 2101 Brickell Avenue in Miami, FL 33129, a high end condo building located in the heart of Greater Miami. Records check with the Florida Division of Licensing revealed that American Rangers Protective Service is not licensed as a security agency. To make matters worse, the property manager to Skyline at Brickell, Mrs. Madalyn Repaci (CAM) employed by Continental, has been paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in since 2008 to Atlas Security Consulting, LLC, for security services rendered. To my surprise, being the complainant, Atlas Security Consulting, LLC, is not an active corporation in the state of Florida.. Furthermore, Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., is not licensed by the Florida Division of Licensing as a security agency. Records check suggests that Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., was also awarded a contract next door to Skyline at Brickell; Brickell Place Marina. The owner of Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., is Pedro Penaranda... Mr. Penaranda advertises is the Greater Miami Area as a security consultant.. However, records check revealed that Mr. Penaranda is a habitual fraudster; bilking condo associations of hundreds of thousands of dollars on a yearly basis alone. I spoke with Mr. Penaranda and Mr. Penaranda transferred the liability to American Rangers Protective Group, Inc., stating that he does not need to be licensed as a security agency mainly because he is a consultant and not an security agency. Moreover, Mr. Penaranda stated that American Ranger Protective Services, Inc., is in actuality the security agency that he put in place Skyline at Brickell. Mr. Penaranda's works under false pretenses, has no worker's compensation for employees (verified by Detective Alberto Moreno for the FL Insurance Fraud, Miami Division), has an inactive corp, possible evades taxes and security personnel under investigation by the Florida Division of Licensing. To date (05192011) Atlas Security Consulting, LLC, is being investigated for Premium Evasion, having no worker's compensation for unlicensed security personnel, if this makes any sense and under investigation by the Division of licensing by Martin Bowers, for unlicensed security services... To make matters worse, Mr. Penaranda will soon be investigated by the IRS for possible tax evasion as well.... for the record, Mrs. Madalyn Repaci, CAM for Continetal, continues to have the security personnel @ Skyline in place!!! Mrs. Repaci continues to undermine all tenants in the building to include myself thinking that the security agency in place in licensed and employer paying for worker's compensation premium... Mrs. Repaci stated to me, that she has been cutting checks to Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., since 2008!!! That she never conducted a due diligence search on Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., because an attorney from Continental cleared Atlas Security Consulting, LLC., Detective Moreno is going to subpoena the financial records from Skyline... I don't foresee banking institutions covering for Mrs. Madalyn inefficiency to manage Skyline... In due time, everything will falter and a new security company will be set in place... Can you imagine this? Condo owners pay approximately $0.70 per square feet for peace and mind and no one knows what is going... To make matters worse, employees like Michael J Charles, are under investigation by the Florida Division of Licensing, personnel behind security desk are not licensed because supposedly they are concierge!! Yet, they sit behind a desk navigating the web every time that I walk by the security desk to retrieve my mail, security guards do not have visible agency license or Class D license as mandated my law... They spend most if not all of their time navigating the web on Facebook and who knows what other sites while ignoring the CCTV screens.... What a scam,, one day, God forbid something happens to me and my family,, these so called security idiots are not going to do anything because they are too preoccupied watching and surfing the net. Lastly, Mr. Pedro Penaranda pays his so called employees with personal checks!!! What's wrong with this picture... Atlas Security Consulting, LLC, and American Rangers Protective Group, a true depiction of "as dirty as they come"... Congratulations idiots... You game is over thanks to me and lastly I can't believe that for Mrs. Repaci is business as usual, tells me plenty of the screening Continental conducts on the CAMS!!! 7804 SW 139Ct, Miami, FL 33181 is the listed address for Pedro and Debra Penaranda. It is true that they do not need licensing to run a consulting firm but they are engaging in hiring security officers to do contract business in the brickell area. It is not a surprise that Continental cleared this company, as they say they did due diligence, because Continental is another disloyal, dishonest, greedy monopolizing company that wants it all. From CEO O'Keefe to property manager Repaci, everything is greed but the safety and security of the residents at Skyline.
The State of FL does not have any company under this name to do business anywhere. I feel sorry for the residents at Skyline. The board needs to consider an immediate bid and get rid off the scam artists. Repaci must go as well.
