atvk scam company takes the money and you never get the avts, Internet

on nov 17,2011 on atvk i order 2 side by side on nov 18,2011 got email stating the only type of payment would be a wire transfer and below it had all the information, so i go to the bank and get the money wired . when i got home had an email received ur wire and the atvs will be created and shipped on monday nov 21,2011. than i get another email stating that due to the hoildays they would not arrive untill dec 2 2011. so anyways i get back on the web site nov24 and the sames atvs are back up for sell. so i emaied and ask what was going on? no reply and than i was blocked out of web site and never received the atvs so i called the better business buaeru of idaho and guess what a scam. now i find out that this company is now using about us.org to sell the same atvs under the name atvk . i have filed reports and from what the bbb stated of idaho that there is alot of people who had got scammed
