I purchased software for my son for Christmas at Authorised Software Reseller (web address http://oemonlinestore.com/index.php). It appeared to be a valid site with Better Business Bureau logos and other "impressive" logos which when I clicked on them later, were inactive. There were also many positive "testimonials" on the site. On purchasing the software, I received download and password instructions, but when it came time to download the software, it was not possible. I contacted the company and immediately received an e-mail stating that they would get back to me within 48 business hours. They then sent an e-mail two days later telling me that I must have downloaded it incorrectly and to try again and make sure I didn't download a demo version. They have ignored all further requests for help or a refund.
I should have been alerted when my bank put a stop to my visa card until I confirmed that I had made that purchase since it was not my normal pattern of purchases. It was at this stage that I discovered that the transaction was being made in Russia.

I bought two software programs from them and they installed fine but when I open it it asks fr a registration number or serial number which is found on the box. So now im left with trial versions. Do not go near that site. Fucking scam!!!
