BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!! Please save your hard earned money and do not give a dime to these "A**HOLES" these guys are one of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with. The first clue i should have gotten was they do not answer the phone. They claim to be in a bad service area. (YA RIGHT ) they only respond by email. If you have a new order they will get right back to ya but as soon as they got your money they will never talk to ya again. I am a mfg. in california and purchased almost $2,000.00 worth of led lights from these guys.I should of known that they said i could not use pay-pal or a c.c. i had to "wire" the funds to them. Well here is my story i hope it saves someone else from these AS**OLES. I purchased like i said almost $2,000.00 worth of Led`s. When i opened the box some of the wires fell out of the lights right into my hands. Then lenses were falling off in the bottom of the box. When i e-mailed the owner CHRIS BACON his wife TRACY(she is the one who wears the pants in the family) will answer my e-mails. Sometimes she answers anyway. They had me send the lights back to them for inspection. I did and here is what they said. ( THE WIRES FELL OFF BECAUSE THEY WERE INSTALLED WRONG ) now i just opened the box. The lense fell off and he said they were going to send me some new lense and some "glue" well that never happen and now i have no lights , out almost $2,000.00 and an A**HOLE who called the cops on me because i was writting e-mails to them and would not stop. I am not going to stop i called the B.B.B. and filed but we all know what good that does. Anyway all i can say is " STAY AWAY FROM THESE A**HOLES " they will rip you off... check out the internet and see for yourself. I wish i could do something else but for now i can`t even find out who their attorney is. Iwill and get my money back somehow. Please do not buy anything from these "A**HOLES" save your money.... find someone who will answer the phone and talk to you. These guys have no phone number or fax number e-mail only and not much of that. You have been warned SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOLUMINATION THEY ARE A scam !!!!!
