Please save yourself the headache and order your products from a different company. PriveCo/Bachelorette.com do not deserve your business. I ordered $70 worth of supplies for a bachelorette party I was planning on bachelorette.com. I placed my order a month before I needed the items, allowing ample time for everything to arrive via ground shipping. I was told that shipping would take approximately 6-10 business days; it's been almost four weeks and nothing has been received. The customer service is a joke. If you call you are directed to leave a voicemail and they will EMAIL back. I've called, I've emailed, and I can't seem to get a response. They also state that they only have tracking numbers for Accelerated and Express Shipping, not for Ground, Priority, and International shipping orders. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't every package have a tracking number? Something is shady. I doubt that I will ever receive a response from the company or the package that I ordered. I resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card. I wish I found reports about them before I ordered - it would have saved a whole lot of effort and time in trying to do business with this pathetic excuse for a company.
