He called my ad from Backpage for escort service and showed up with 1/4 my fee even though he knew my fee and had lied and said he had the money. Even though I detected a latin accent, I assumed he was from Venezuela or Argentina and did not realize he was a step away from being an illegal immigrant and in fact may be one. I politedly refused service and told him I had driven over to the incall when he booked and he has wasted my time and gas and he gave me $10 for gas and said he was "borrow the rest" from his mother.
