Buying from Baltic was a big mistake. Their products are nothing special and they are not honoring their warranty. Baltic Windows had so many customer complaints in recent years that it is rated ?F (for Fail) by the BBB Better Business Bureau! Even the Window Wise program has de-certified Baltic as a Window-Wise dealer. The Baltic owners son Rafal used to show up on the redflagdeals website (his username is WindowGuy) where he made ridiculous big claims to promote his company and put down his rivals like Atlantic Windows. Many other customers have complained on websites like redflagdeals, reviewsource and others that Baltic is not financially stable or bankrupt, so their customer warranty is useless in future after they have your money. Customers say Baltic failed to deliver after taking their money, or failed to deliver within the time promised, or delivered a different product than was bought. There were many quality issues because the company is more interested in cutting corners than satisfying the customer. Baltic has had many problems in recent years ever since the owners son took charge of the company. Their problems are due to his big ego, lack of ability, his BS, exaggerations and false promises. Make sure you protect yourself.

They are reopening under another name either in Bowmanville or Beamsville. They are coming back to rip off more people after taking your money and running. Watch out for Rafal, he is a crook and an arrogant person with a huge ego. Stan's company would be 1 million times better without him.
