Bank of America BOA Account closed my account and not enough notice was given and they wont give money from goverment funds. Bank of America Tampa, Fl

On January 21, 2011 I found out that BOA was closing my account. I was told that the process takes 10-15 days to close and once it is closed up to 30days after any direct deposits that come in I will be able to get at a banking center. Well on January 28th my federal refund was send to my account and now they are telling me that they will not let me get my money. I spent all of Friday on the phone with the Risk department, account repersentives, and everyone of the 10 different people I talked to told me they didnt have the deposit and if it come in I would not get it that they would send it back. On Saturday, I called ther ACH department at BOA and they have the money. I was told that they hold it for 72hrs. ( not sure why since it is from goverment) I called the risk department back and told them what the ACH department told me and I was then informed that the rule is anything that comes in the account after it clears I will get. This is making me very upset that I am getting so many different answers. I was not given enough time to change my tax deposit around or my payroll.
