I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I was over sold and underdelivered. I trusted them and went with a vehicle that was promised to be a great buy. When I got the truck home i could hear something out of place in the engine....now its been leaking oil all over the driveway. I took it to my mechanic --he found bearings in the motor. The transmission also needs rebuilt. Herb the guy sold me the car said "well looks like theres not much we can do for you"-----200 miles and I am out $5000 BEWARE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BATES AUTO IsLE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BATES AUTO ISLE

I bought a Jeep Cherokee from this place a few months ago, and I started having problems with mine too! I worked with Herb, and he pretty much did the same thing with me. I am calling the attorney generals office to file a formal complaint! You should too! This needs to stop!
