I ordered an 8 hour, extended life battery for my Dell Studio from BatteryNerds. It was supposed to be a new battery. When I got the package from them, the static-free bag that contained the battery had been opened. Not sure now if the battery is really new or used. I fully charged the battery and upon first use, got 3.5 hours. The computer is set to provide the longest possible battery life, using Dell's extended battery life settings. After letting it drain to 7% remaining, I again fully charged the battery, only to get 3.5 hours again. I filed a trouble ticket with Batterynerds.com and for over a week now, NO response. I tried to get onto their sales live chat, NO response. Don't use these people unless you want to get ripped off.
