BBV*hotmoviesale.com charging cc for months with nothing given Internet

BBV* manages to bill credit cards monthly. The fact that the charge is small--$9.95 makes it easy to overlook. Since many of us DO buy movies, the charge seems plausible. My cc company will go back 3 months to refund fraudulent charges, but beyond that I'm out of luck. So I lost $50. by not being attentive.


If anyone knows a way to shut down this business PLEASE do it. 60,000 complainants can hardly be wrong.

Well I'v been charged 9.95 for tthe last 6 months or so. I called the 1-866-566-8437 and cancelled my account. lets see if it works, say I'm supposed to get n e-mail within 24 hours confirming my account closer. I'm out $60 bucks but I learned a hell of a leason, be very careful ordering over the net and read all fine print. The Automated service seem imple enough just asks for zip code and last four digits of your card being charged. Still it's a rip-off... Your Bank is useless here...
