BCA Recovery LLC Michael D Cooper was hired to recover money from scammers, yet they were scammers themselves Margate, Florida

I received BCA Recovery LLC's contact information through an e-mail stating that they would be able to recover money that I was scammed out of by 2 companies. My name was on a list of several people that were scammed by these 2 companies. I contacted BCA and spoke with Joseph Belleme he assured me that he would recover my money and the fee was 50% of the recovery. After a couple of months of working with my credit card company he was able to obtain a temporary credit while the transaction was being investigated. He again assured me that the credit would become permanent after a month. I paid him his 50% ($6,232.50) and I thought that my receiving 50% was better than nothing especially on a 17.9% interest rate credit card. After 2 months I received notice from the credit card company that the credit was being reversed and there was not enough evidence for a refund. I then contacted BCA to let them know the credit was not being honored and was told that this happens all the time and they would take care of it. Another 2 months passes and the credit card company yet again notifies me that the charges will be put back on the card including all interest accrued. I again contact BCA but there is no response to phone calls, or e-mails. Next I find that they have disconnected all forms of communication and have disappeared.
