This company makes promises they don't keep. Mario Ariaz is the VP at this company and he implied that the owner of this company tells his staff to leave repair uncomplete so they can up the bill on repairs and follow up. He said that they make big bucks their telephone service as well because the lines are crossed so they can get more billing time from their clients. Mario Ariaz also said that they only do this to the smaller clients that have less than ten systems. Mario Ariaz offerred to provide support outside the BCT contract for a small fee as well. Be careful when dealing with this company. They are a scam.

False information was presented regarding BCT Consulting, Inc. This is BCT's statement:

Mario (who is not the VP of the company, but the manager of the tech department), does not tell his staff to leave repairs incomplete. That simply wouldn’t make sense, because when BCT receives calls from clients to repair a problem, the policy is that we do not leave until the repair is complete. Our policy is also that we do not charge a 2nd time to go out to fix a problem we’ve already fixed in the past.

Second, we don’t make big bucks on the telephone service by crossing lines so we bill more time because we don’t charge to fix telephone problems in the first place – all telephone repair work is completely and 100% free to all clients that the service is provided to.

The report filed against BCT Consulting is completely false and a hoax. We welcome any evidence or proof to backup the claim. In addition, we can always be reached, 24 hours a day at (559) 322-1989.
