|Where do I begin? On October 6th I purchased a "Boulder" of Bee Lasso from Beelasso.com. On October 7th I got an email from Paypal telling me my item had shipped. AWESOME! Well....that's where the good experiences end. October 11th I check the tracking for my item and it says "Delivered". Fantastic! I rush to the mailbox, full of excitement to try my new product. I open the mailbox, and nothing was there. I contacted Skylar Stewert (aka SOUNDDRONE) and he gave me a lackluster response, telling me I needed to take it up with USPS since it says delivered. "the bee lasso has arrived in SC it now has to be delivered to your address. please give it a couple days post office will not even process a claim till 10 days after the estimated delivery date." was his actual one lined response. No problem. So I call them, because there is no such policy about waiting 10 days. II had to fill out a case claim and they said they would investigate. On October 14th, I was given a call by a USPS representative telling me, and I quote, "Unfortunately your package was intercepted at delivery for inspection. Apparently the retailer, 'skyler stewert' has been double printed stamps, and you were a victim of this business practice." I then contacted Bee Lasso (skyler) again, and informed him of what USPS told me. His response was panicked, and worried. He asked for any information regarding the matter so he could investigate and figure out what was going on. He asked if I wanted another bundle sent, or a refund. I requested a second boulder of bee lasso. After I sent him the Claim information, his response as as follows: "ok i just checked the delivery conformation and usps had said that they had delivered it and their is no issue with any of my accounts.if you would like to take a claim out with the post office use this # the info you will need. this issue is now in between you and them." This is a complete joke. I was forced to submit a second claim with USPS, and the seller still refuses to refund my money. I have gone back and forth with Bee Lasso for 15 or 16 emails now, and he still refuses to give me my money, or some Bee Lasso. I will include his most recent email so the Consumer Community knows what to expect when ordering from Bee Lasso. "The investigation you had initiated is going to take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to get an answer back. Shame you did that because that is just going to make this just last that much longer, good job Justin. After they find out their is a tracking number and it was delivered expect a complaint filed against you at paypal and USPS.No you did not just ask for your money or a reship you attacked me with words like "mail Fraud" that is a very serious accusation and I am not going to just lay down for it. your attitude is the reason this has gotten to the point it has. |
So now you get to wait to see what your investigation says..." So what the guy is saying is, "Well shame on you for creating an investigation, now I am going to FORCE you to wait for the outcome (which I have already gotten once), to get your money". This guy is a SCAMMER, AND FRAUDULENT. DO NOT order from Bee Lasso. DO NOT. I repeat, STAY AWAY from this business, and find some Hemp line elsewhere, this guy is a joke. Search "SoundDrone" on the internet and you will get some insight to who you are working with....
