I have been ripped off so bad it makes me sick. And it just keeps going on and on and it doesn't stop. I originally tried to get a $50. Walmart card. Of course, I had to try a couple things in order to get it. So far, I have been taken for over $200.00 to get that $50., and the kicker is, they won't even give me the 50 because i complained about the companies that were stealing from my credit card. I am pretty upset because i see that there are people that have been complaining about this company since at least 2009. How are they able to still be stealing from people after that much time. Why have they not been shut down? And they have not tried to hide. They still have the same name and phone number as then. And they are still doing the same scam, just with different products. They offered me a skin tightening cream for $1.00 plus, shipping and handling (9.98) THEY were to send me the cream, and i was to try it for 10 days. If i wanted to continue receiveing it, they would start charging my credit card 69.99 a month. I waited for 3 weeks, and still did not recieve the sample product. I called to cancel it and get my 9.88 back and they were sweet and apologetic, and said to give them a little more time. Original order was march 18th. they said they would get it to me by the beginning of May. Well May 3rd came. I called to cancel the order again. They said they had already sent it out to me and credited my card 79.99 because i did not call them on May 1. You've got to be kidding me! i NEVER received the sample that i was to try first before purchasing the order. Their policy is no refunds. for no reason. Even though they did NOT fulfill their end of the contract. They charged me for the sample and for the first months supply and I have not received ANYTHING. they said they are sending me the order and they will not accept it back and they will not credit my card. But i never received the sample. Was that 10 dollars just their fee for me ordering? and this has been happening to many people for at least two years. Why is nobody doing anything for us?
