I have been recent victim of beliscity .com fraud . I purchased cell phone from beliscity , I paid price of brand new mobile but when i received the mobile, I was surprised to see that mobile is blocked in Pakistan. Beliscity selling blocked mobile in Pakistan moreover they have no proper suppliers they sell electrical items and mobile phones obtained from unreliable sources and they do not claim any responsibility of supplied mobile. Therefore beaware of this scam website beliscity.com and do not purchase any thing from them. They sell refurbished and grey market products as new and at price of new. Buyers only realize after getting the product from beliscity.com but by that time they do not accept or refund the product. The phone was sold to me as new and I paid full in advance by bank deposit. I was supplied with a used cell phone which was already blocked in Pakistan by mobile operators. I contacted the beliscity for the replacement but they refused to accept any claim and did not entertain my request. Their sales person Wahab was very ridiculous, he refuse to accept the responsibility of blocke mobile phone and told me that we have many suppliers and we can not verify the product from our suppliers and gave me a blunt answer that we can nothing do to help you. Ultimately I have to suffer loss, I strongly advise and recommend not to deal with beliscity.com and do not buy any product from them although they are selling it at few hundreds less than market but actually buyers are being trapped. I have also read many stories on internet about fraud of beliscity.com many people complaining about refurbished laptops supplied at price of new. They make false promises before selling product but once you pay them they do not entertain any complaint.
