I made the mistake of ordering trial products that came from Belisi. When I order them I didn't realize they were from the same company. But I've never dealt with Belisi before so even though I was surprised but I didn't think anything of it. However when you look at these two products that I have ordered and the sequence of events you will realize that their behavior of not giving you the trial on time as promised was intentional and not because of any reason like back order or shipping problems. Take a look of the sequence of events for Fabdominal and Resdermitrol. You will see that they are identical and there is no way that these two products can have the exactly same problems delivering the trial products to you. So beware when ordering trials from Belisi. They will take your money and they will not refund it to you. If I did not have my credit card company backing me up. my money would have been lost to the Scam company Belisi. ______________________________________________________________________________
2-2-2011 Ordered a Trial for Fabdominal 2-15-2011 Called to find out why the trial never arrived. Merchant assured me they will extend the trial for another 15 days and I was not to worry about the shipment. 3-18-2011 My account was charged $79.98_____________________________________ 3-28-2011 Called to find out why I was charged and asked for a refund. I was told I needed to fill out a form which they emailed to me, and I was to mail it to their Belisi PO Box 689620 Jupiter, FL 33468-9620__ 04-5-2011 Received an email informing me that my autoship was canceled ______ 04-08-2011 Received both the trial and the regular shipment on the same day. The shipping label has it shipped on 4-5-2011 the same day my autoship was cancelled ____ 04-11-2011 Called to find out what to do about the shipment and want to return the product since it turned out this is a crme and not vitamins. But was told there is no refund. _ I explained that I never got to try the product and if I had known this is a crme I wouldnt have ordered, but I was told it was my fault for not telling them that I never received the trial and now since I cancelled my shipment there would be no refund.
So in essence they basically shoved the product down my throat and said tough luck if you dont like it we are not going to do anything to help you. We have got your money and we are not giving it back to you. ___ This whole thing is not acceptable to me, since when can they not deliver what they promise and then blame me for not notifying them. So Im returning this product as is.
And I want to request my money back from these ridiculous people who thinks they can cram ineffective product down your throat and expect me to accept it. _______ ________________________________________________________________________

Never ordered this product! They sent me a men's fat cream (I'm a woman!), charged me almost 80.00 plus shipping for something. Don't know how they got my personal info, and the sent me something I didn't know about, and then charged me for it...total scam!!! Watch out!

I too ordered the trial. I did receive it and there was no effect or change with there product. When you call them to state that you want a refund because the product does not work they string you along with discounts on the next shipment for you to try another month... When that does not work for the 60 days now that you have tried their product it slips into the unethical terms and conditions that they say that they have in place and there are NO REFUNDS after the 30 day trial period. Even if you did not open the product they keep debiting your account and will not accept returns. Then when you want to cancel the account the only way for them to cover themselves is to make you say that you excepted these terms and conditions by stating yes to their policy. They will NOT cancel your account with out you stating yes that you have excepted their conditions. A VERY Unethical company with very poor business practices that do not have the best interest of the consumer in mind. DO not order any of thier products you will be sorry... It has been an ongoing battle for 3 months to get the account and refund resolved with no end in sight...
