Bella Terra Cosmetics
Bella Terra Cosmetics BellaTerraCosmetics Fraud - Scamming Sales Houston, Texas
22nd of Dec, 2010 by User323071
I was lied to by the sales rep. He told me the online prices were more expensive, but it turns out he majorly overcharged me. This is definitely a scam. Do not buy these products. It is not okay to charge people ridiculous prices and then lie to them about it. Furthermore the entire company is not available. I called the numbers on their website and they do not work. They cannot be looked up by 411 either, no matter what you ask. I don't know how they are getting away with this, but stay away. Go to a reputable place to get your makeup. Not to mention it is really expensive. Stay away from this fraudulent company. They are crooks and won't last long.

They are not in stores, but are in those vendor booths at the mall. The sales people are pushy and don't take no for an answer. He will try to act like he really cares about your skin, but all they care about is selling overpriced make up and facial products. Don't go for it. Run in the opposite direction.

Anyone working for Bella Terra should be more interested in asking who the sales rep was who made their company look bad, and perhaps trying to correct the problem.. not escalating things by accusing a customer of lying, thereby adding slander to the existing allergations.

I was working with the bella terra my best recomendation DO NOT TRUST IN WHAT THE SELE REP SAYS, all the prif you want to know the lowest price, ask to the sales person to see the computer in the middle they have a lot of numbers and the last one are the lowest prices that they can sales the products, DONT BELIEVE if they offers a package and give you a gift, because they dont gift nothing, they just play with the numbers, also if you want buy their products go to the web site

They got me too!! I was walking by and the guy grabbed my arm. He truly had the "gift of gab" . Before i knew it i bought foundation for $69. it is $59 on their web site. When i started to change my mind and walk away the guy grabbed my arm saying i can get a free brush worth $60 which is $50 on their web site. He then showed me the receipt of the previous customer an said that she paid the $60 for the brush but ill get it Free if i buy the foundation. (I found the brush and foundation online for $15-$40 by the way) Anyway, i actually like the products but next time ill use the website or amazon.com. Lynhaven mall virginia beach, va
