This company makes false promises to get your credit card procesing business and then continues to deduct money from your banking accounts without authorization. In October we were contacted by this company offering Cash advance business capitol
based on our credit card transactions. The offer was contingent on our using their company for processing our credit card sales. After converting to their company they completely ignored our emails or phone calls and would not follow up on their past verbal and written proposal. After realizing how irreputably they acquired our business we reverted to our previous company
Benchmark Services however continues to deduct money from our account for services they are not providing and are not due! We have put stop payments on our account for any fees from the, had a letter sent to them from our lawyer and they still manage to deduct our money. We have had to close our bank account as a last resort. Keep them away any access to your money!!!

I also fell to this scam. Steer clear of this company. They also implemented a $500 cancellation fee that was never in the contract nor spoken about when I called to cancel. I just saw the amount debited from my account the next morning. They are crooks!
