Please do not get scammed like I did. I ordered a product from Benny Hinn Ministries (bible on cd) for $100. They were promoting this on tv. To date it has been well over six months and I still have not received the product. When I request a refund, they tell me it is in the "shipping process" so they can not issue a refund. It has been in the "shipping process" since late May 11. Today is Aug. 5, 11. They can not give me a tracking number because it has not yet shipped - which they admit. Nor can they tell me when it will ship. I have been given supposed ship dates, but the product never actually gets shipped. Still they can not tell me when it will ship, but they refuse to issue a refund, because it is in the "shipping process". Why would they promote and sell a product they can not deliver? I have had long road trips and wanted this to listen to while I drove, but had do without - waiting> When I call and ask to speak to supervisor I am told different things. Sometimes they are ALL out to lunch. One time I did get to speak to a supervisor, but he was rude not helpful. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told his supervisor was not on the premesis. Avoid buying anything from Benny Hinn. I used to like him. But this has changed my mind. This is just basically fraud and theft. Certainly no way to run a business, much less a Christian business.

I also purchased product offered as a promotion (Dakes Study Bible ) and paid with a credit card. This occurred in March 2011 at the time of this post it has been over six months --nearly 7. I have had the same response as the poster above. I no longer watch Benny Hinn or support any ministries he is affiliated with. Thid is indeed fraud. I know there will be spiritual accountability and pray his unethical conduct does not cause harm to new believers.
