Berghorts Berghorts Contractor's pay holland, Michigan

We are in the property preservation business for more than few years. Work with few nationwide companies. We are getting paid 75% percent from what the Banks and mortgages are paying for the services we are providing, which is fair, considering the fact that we receive work. We were contacted by Berghorts who is contracted with Bank of America in subject to do P&P work for them. They offer competitive pay where they ripping off the contractors and charging 45% percent. For instance: lock box costs us about 13.00, they reimburse 12.00!!!!!!! When I asked them how can this work, they said that they don't install them. The pricing however is on the document they give you to sign.
after I asked about negotiation to see if they willing to match industry standards This is what I got:
We have great pricing that pays our vendors well. All of our vendors make a great
profit. Your city is a very busy county and there are other companies that would
jump at the chance working with us for the pricing we have. Thank you for your time, we wish you all the best in your future
endeavors, Berghorst is choosing not to move forward with your company at this
time. I don't know how come FBI can allow companies such Berghorts receive money from taxpayers, put 45% in their pocket, deliver lousy services (no good contractor will agree for that type of pay).
I watch the contractors forums and no one said anything good about this company. We do rehab jobs and see a lot of crappy properties left in terrible conditions by crews serving Bank of America.
Also I don't think that Berghorst is the only one out there. I see tons of similar postings on the Craigslist which more becomes common place for gathering doubtful posts. The other concerning thing with Berghorst is the fact that they said they pay 60 -90 days away. My question are they even going to?
I do think along with many contractors in the industry, that there is a pyramid scam is happening and this would need to be looked at and investigated. I googled few things and sceme that Berghorst is using similar to some other companies which are using contractors, promiss to pay them after 60 days and either never pay them or pay little and not everything. I also don't understand why companies such as Berghorst can use economy and people to profit and scam the contractors.
