It is bad enough that Jennifer Guistwite rear ended an individual while high and intoxicated causing head and neck injuries to the victim while fleeing the scene of the accident, driving without car insurance, driving with a suspended registration in Pennsylvania because she intentionally canceled her car insurance, and tried to get out of the hit and run accident by lying to police that her car was stolen. What is worse is that she only received 1 year of probation and a 6 month suspension of her driver's license for inflicting the injuries upon this person. For lying to police she received ARD. She got these favors because of political connections with Berks County Pre-Trial Services. These political connections stem from her father's influence as a coach for Schuylkill Valley High School's football team for which he is highly regarded in the community as well as the fact that his current girlfriend is the director of Berks County Pre-Trial Services. Jennifer Guistwite has been violation her ARD Terms and probation conditions on a repeated basis. Despite evidence to prove it, and witness statements others would be arrested for such violations, The Berks County Probation Office continues to give her a pass and goes out of its way to protect her. They are also fully aware she driving on a suspended license, driving without car insurance, and driving on a suspended registration. The State Attorney General refuses to do anything. State Rep. Tom Caltagirone refuses to do anything. Berks County Commissioners Christian Leinbach, Mark Scott, and Kevin Bernhardt refuse to do anything. The District Attorney refuses to do anything. What good are law if they are not enforced? The Berks County Probation Office is nothing but a group of corrupt individuals in my opinion as they refuse to enforce the law against this political sacred cow Jennifer Guistwite.
