Best Buy Chase Credit Card will ignore your payment history and drop you Internet

I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years (I actually started with a Circuit City account which was transfered to Best Buy). When I tried to make a purchase over the weekend, I was told that my account had been closed. When I called customer service to ask why, they said it was because I had too much credit card debt. Although I do have a number of accounts with high balances, I am never late on my payments and always pay much more than the required payment amount, including my Best Buy/Chase payments. However, I only use the Best Buy card for purchases qualifying for zero interest, and the fact is they're not getting any interest money from me (which I think contributed to their decision). I can understand if I'd missed a payment or had late payments, but the fact is I've completely honored my payment obligations. I told the service rep that I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again, and that's a fact. So be aware, it doesn't matter if you handle your account responsibly, they can still ditch you!
